ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This project features a reimaging of a 3-building campus including new exterior paint, and updated site amenities such as mechanized shade structure, upgraded landscape, walkways, lights and a custom mural. The project is also adding 2 new chillers, 400 kW and 200 kW emergency generators with enclosures, new gas service, and upgraded power to accommodate future life science tenants. The interior scope includes a combined 115,000 sf of 50/50 office to lab spec suites through the campus. This project demonstrates C2’s diverse array of strengths. The project included significant infrastructure upgrades, site work, amenity space, technical lab space and high end office space. All of these scopes were coordinated and directed to be completed on an aggressive schedule working around existing tenants to manage work flow and access safely. This project highlights what the great team at C2 can accomplish.
