The PetDx project included construction of 2 buildings consisting of lab/lab support and office/support spaces including a cold room, general labs, shared offices, indoor canine playroom, conference and huddle rooms, new interior stairs and a new outdoor patio space. The scope included a new 15,000 sf lab space and office support spaces with all new mechanical and electrical equipment including installation of a new emergency generator as well as a 16,000 lb air handler unit.
