ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The Ferring Pharmaceuticals project features a build of a highly technical pharmaceutical project into 80% lab/lab support and 20% office/support including chemistry labs, DMPK, peptide synthesis, tissue culture rooms, NMR, cold rooms, freezers, histology, general labs, shared offices, conference and huddle rooms. This project demostrated C2 Building Group’s ability to deliver high end finishes and meet the technical requirements of Ferring.
The scope included various new lab spaces at ISO 07 with DI, compressed air, vacuum, N2, O2, and CO2 equipment and piping as well as a cold room and all new mechanical and electrical equipment including emergency power.
