The LENNAR San Diego TI converted 22,000 square feet of vacant office space into a vibrant, modern workplace for all operations of Lennar San Diego. The new Lennar HQ serves as the central operations hub for all Southern California based project management and includes their mortgage and title offices for new home buyers.

This reimagined workspace features high-end finishes, including custom millwork, premium stone surfaces, and designer lighting that elevates every corner. Sleek glass partitions, rich wood accents, and state-of-the-art technology create a professional environment that inspires productivity and impresses clients.
