The Yard project at 5825 Oberlin Dr is a unique, creative office building including a courtyard. C2 handled demolition and improvements to the existing 50,000 SF Sorrento Valley office building including adding new core restrooms, new hardscaping and landscaping, sixteen exterior roll-up door entries, a courtyard trellis structure, and other site upgrades.
